Quality Inn Jacksonville - Orange Park Near Naval Air Station

This place suits me perfectly, with great amenities like free wifi, outdoor pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff was really helpful during my first stay, offering currency tips. I highly recommend it for a comfortable stay. I'm coming back next year!

Accomadations for the disabled that have no wheelchairs and can't walk well or who are on oxygen are not very appealing. Elavator floor and breakfast areas were very sticky both mornings.

The lack of basic room amenities like towels is concerning!!! The rooms appear old and rundown, and the noisy air conditioning is downright disruptive!!! A refurbishment is desperately needed to elevate this place!!!

The hotel room was not what I expected, the air did not work, the cable was out, my key card did not work twice. With that said I spoke with the front desk upon my departure and they took very good care of me. So the people at Best Western are outsdtanding, this hotel could use a little work.

The staff was accommodating.

I was charged twice and when I tried to bring it up to Larimy in the front desk she was kind of rude. First she barely wanted to acknowledge that there was even a mistake. She said "like I said". I tried to call the hotel after I spoke with my bank and she left me on hold for 27 minutes and did not even get back on the line to let me know that she was still reviewing the issue. I hung up and called back then she said "oh I just put the money back it will take 3 days" and "on behalf of my staff I apologize. I did not have Any problems with the staff they were great it was her and her ways of handling the issue. However, I would still stay at Best Western in the future.

Family-friendly comfort

For starters, the staff was phenomenal, making me feel at home right away. The breakfast was excellent, way better than I expected, and my kids loved the warm scrambled eggs and fresh fruit.

Wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly for the quality it's acceptable.

The breakfast was surprisingly decent with hot options. Staff were super accommodating, especially with little ones in tow. We enjoyed the convenience of being close to the military base, perfect for family visits.

My kids wished for a more comfortable seating area in the room with a couch for family bonding. It would be great if they could enhance that aspect.

My friends' room was cancelled (excuse given was that they called her and she refused to give credit card info but she never received a call)...so they gave her room away. We had to spend over an hour searching for a hotel for them that was 1 hour away!

The room lighting could use an upgrade, especially for reading at night-was like I was navigating a dark starship. Guests crowded the lobby and pool area were good, though that might vary based on timing.

Extend the hours for breakfast and include turkey sausage for those who don't eat pork.
